This item is the Bodymasters Leg Extension. It is a commercially built machine that is designed to work the quadriceps muscles of the lower body. This machine has a selectorized weight stack that runs through a pulley system via a kevlar belt. This makes this machine very safe to use. It has an adjustable lower leg pad that should rest just above your line for optimal use. In addition, there is a range of motion device on this Bodymasters Leg Extension. This ROM device allows you to start at different angles of the leg extension range of motion. This device is especially important to rehabilitating athletes and exercisers who may not be able to perform a full range of motion for the quadriceps.
