This item is the Cybex Abduction and Adduction Machines. Each unit is designed to work the hip muscles of the lower body. The Adduction machine has a 200 lbs. weight stack in 10 lbs. increments. The Adduction or Inner Thigh machine has a starting lever to adjust to a comfortable starting position. The inner thigh machine is working against resistance toward the middle of your body. The Abduction or Outer Thigh machine works from the middle of the body outward against resistance. This Abduction machine has a 150 lbs. in 10 lbs. increments. Each unit has an exercise placard which shows the muscle groups involved as well as the basic operation of the machine. Each unit is commercially built for any multiple use facilty such as a health club, personal training studio, or busy home gym setting.

This Cybex Abduction and Adduction Package is being sold as is, functional.
