This item is the Cybex Eagle Leg Extension. It is a commercially built machine that is designed to work the quadriceps muscles of the lower body. This machine has a selectorized weight stack with 290 lbs. that runs through a pulley system via a belt. The weight stack goes up in 20 lbs. increments. There is an incremental weight system that allows you to go up in 5 lbs increments as well. This incremental weight system helps accommodate a wide range of users and their abilities. This Cybex Eagle Leg Extension has an adjustable back pad to accommodate a wide range of user heights. It has an adjustable lower leg pad that should rest just above your shoe line for optimal use. In addition, there is an adjustable starting position. This adjustable starting position allows you to begin your exercise session at a comfortable position. There is an exercise placard that shows the basic operation of the machine as well as the muscle groups involved.
