This item is the Life Fitness Pectoral Fly Machine. It is a commercially built machine for upper body strength training. This Life Fitness machine has an adjustable seat to accommodate a wide range of user heights. The back pad is fixed at a 90 degree angle. The two arms can adjust toward the middle of the machine. This allows users of all abilities to start at a comfortable level for their personal level of flexibility. These arms have mulitple grips as well as a comfortable forearm pad. This Nautilus Pec Fly has a 255 lbs. weight stack starting at 15 lbs. There is an exercise placard which shows the muscle groups involved as well as the basic operation of this machine.
