Description

This item is the Paramount Total Chest. It is a plate loaded machine designed to work the chest and shoulder muscles of the upper body. This machine is an iso lateral design. The arms move independently so you can exercise one arm at a time or simultaneously. There is an adjustable back. This back adjusts to decline, incline, and flat chest press settings. The handles rotate to help reduce wrist strain during the pressing movement. There is an exercise placard that shows the basic operation of the machine as well as the muscle groups involved. It is commercially built for a health club, personal training studio, or busy home gym setting.
